ApoAlly Insights Data Export#

Steribase#

The integration of ApoAlly Insights with the Steribase system allows pharmacies to efficiently export business data and use it for detailed analyses. Below you will find instructions for exporting various data types from Steribase and integrating them into ApoAlly Insights.


Exporting Prescription Items#

  1. Open Prescription Items Overview
    Navigate to the prescription items overview in Steribase.

  2. Select Export Option
    - Right-click on the list and select the option to export the list to Excel.
    - Alternatively, you can use the “EXPORT” button in the menu bar.

  3. Select Format
    Choose the desired file format in the selection dialog:
    - Excel file
    - CSV file
    - Access database (for patient-synchronous transfer to external systems like Profimed)
    - BDT file (for patient-synchronous transfer to prescriber systems)

  4. Specify Storage Location
    Choose a directory where the file should be saved. The file will automatically be created with a name like RezPosExp_YYYYMMDD.xxx (e.g., RezPosExp_20250303.csv).


Exporting Invoices#

  1. Search and Select Invoices
    Open the “Search and Select Invoices” form via the main menu.

  2. List Invoices
    Enter the desired search criteria (e.g., business partner, date, payment status) and generate a list of invoices.

  3. Select Export Option
    Click on “EXPORT” and choose one of the following formats:
    - CSV file
    - DTA file (for paperless transfer to banking software)
    - Excel file

  4. Specify Storage Location
    Save the file in a desired location. The file will automatically be created with a name like RechExp_YYYYMMDD.xxx (e.g., RechExp_20250303.csv).


Exporting Goods Receipt Logs#

  1. Open Goods Receipt Overview
    Navigate to the goods receipt overview in Steribase.

  2. Export Log
    - Right-click on an order line and select “GR Check Log”.
    - Alternatively, you can print release or quarantine labels.

  3. Select Export Option
    - Excel file for general overview lists.
    - XML file for orders, e.g., for transfer to suppliers.

  4. Specify Storage Location
    Specify a directory where the file should be saved. The file will automatically be created with a name like BestExp_YYYYMMDD.xml.


Integration into ApoAlly Insights#

  1. Prepare Data Export
    Export the desired data from Steribase in a supported format (e.g., CSV, XML).

  2. Upload Data
    Use the ApoAlly REST API or the provided scripts (PowerShell or Bash) to securely import the exported data into ApoAlly Insights.

  3. Validate Data
    Check the uploaded data in the ApoAlly dashboard to ensure it has been processed correctly.

  4. Create Queries
    Use the text-to-SQL functions of ApoAlly Insights to create targeted queries and make informed decisions based on your business data.


With these steps, you can seamlessly integrate your Steribase system data into ApoAlly Insights and leverage the benefits of text-to-SQL technology for your pharmacy.
