ApoAlly Insights Setup#

Introduction#

Data import is performed via our REST API and can be set up using the provided PowerShell and Bash scripts located in the respective subfolders. These scripts facilitate the automation of data uploads and ensure seamless integration.

Prerequisites#

Before starting the setup, ensure the following prerequisites are met:

  • API Access: A valid API key, which can be requested through the ApoAlly customer portal.
  • Data Sources: Access to the relevant business data to be imported (e.g., cash register data, inventory data in CSV, TSV, or XML format).
  • Network: A stable internet connection for communication with the ApoAlly REST API.
  • Scripts: Access to the PowerShell or Bash scripts for automated data import.

Security and Data Protection#

  • Encrypted Transmission: All data is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
  • GDPR Compliance: Data processing is fully compliant with European data protection regulations.
